since i'm the new founder, things will be going my way now...

i'm not changing too much of the customs and rules since anyway, i wasn't the one who started this things will still go under the "Best Of" theme, so we'll keep it that way

to start off, i'm gonna put up a contest.

i'll be making a new folder called "New Icon Contest". from the name, you can probably guess what the contest is about

you have to make a new icon for the group. submit as many entries as you want, AS LONG AS it still applies the "Best Of" theme do whatever you want, just make sure the theme is applied.

i'll then be judging, along with some fellow friends, and the winner gets 10 from me and maybe a few prizes from the fellow judges

school starts on June 4 [from where i come from] and i'm in 2nd year college, so things are preeetty hectic, which means before June 4, i'll lock all the folders EXCEPT the Featured, and you don't need approval. just submit to your heart's desires, and the founder or I will fix it when one of us becomes available
